Our Store Policies

At Grateful Lizard, we focus on quality products and an incredible customer service experience. All custom orders will be designed with care in a timely manner and delivered to your door. We will always email a proof for your approval for all customer orders.  Once the design is approved and printed we can not offer returns on those items.  All non-custom retail items can be returned within a 30 day period for a full refund. Currently we accept most credit cards and paypal and will be adding more payment options along the way. We appreciate all of our customers and are grateful for an opportunity to work with you.
